On March 27, the second stream of our free career intensive "Enjoying Life: Work Academy" will start! It will be two months of diverse classes with experienced specialists, during which you will learn about the modern labor market and what job search channels exist, how to present yourself in resumes and interviews, how to change professions and start a new career at an older age.

The career intensive will include a wide range of events and master classes from experienced specialists:

March 27. Tatiana Pashkina, HR-marketer. Workshop "Today's labor market - where and how to find a job"

April 5. Alyona Fedko, career consultant, career guidance expert. Workshop "Change of professional direction. Motion algorithm"

April 10. Viktor Dementiivskyi, mentor, trainer in ecological sales. Workshop "How to behave and communicate at an interview"

April 20. Kateryna Prykhodko, head of the recruiting agency "Recruiting Support". Workshop "How to write an effective resume to significantly increase the number of invitations to interviews"

April 25. Yana Datsenko, career consultant. Workshop "Non-standard ways of finding a job"

April 29. Victoria Fevronina, project manager of an international company. Master class on public speaking and self-presentation during an interview

May 4. Natalia Kuybida, marketer, brand strategist, personal brand consultant and Maria Shevchenko, fashion marketer. Lecture "Yolo years - a new look at yourself and your style"

May 9th. Yuliya Rudenko, social project manager and certified Silva Method instructor. Training "Intuition. Can it be developed?"

Classes will be held offline in Kyiv once a week. There will be eight of them in total, and between them, the Hard-working students will do their homework - write resumes and motivational letters, take career guidance tests.

At the end of the training, the hard-working students will receive diplomas, as well as individual career or psychological counseling and job search assistance from experienced HR professionals. Throughout the course, the head of the Trudolyub project will provide mentoring support.
